Since 1978, the pediatricians of Altos Pediatrics have been providing the highest quality care in a warm friendly environment located in a residential neighborhood in Los Altos, CA. As a small group practice, we work collaboratively to provide a medical home that can personally cater to your child's individual needs.

We see children from infancy to young adulthood; our goal is to partner with families, respecting the vast diversity of traditions here in the Bay Area, to promote optimal health and wellness. As the primary care providers for your children, the team at Altos Pediatrics will guide you in providing the appropriate care for your children, whether they contract the usual childhood viral illnesses, are injured, or develop a more serious acute or chronic medical condition. Our pediatricians are also skilled in helping you deal with behavioral and developmental issues.

Having intentionally chosen to work in a small practice setting, our pediatricians enjoy a more relaxed pace and are able to focus on patient education. The pediatricians at Altos Pediatrics have trained at some of the premier institutions in the country and also bring the added expertise gained from years of interacting with patients and raising their own children.

Office Hours

By Appointment Only
Patient appointment times are available between 9:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. and 2:00-5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Our telephone receptionists are available starting at 8:30 a.m. and again at 1:30 p.m. to schedule appointments. Our phones are busiest between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. If your problem is not urgent, we encourage you to call after 10:00 a.m.

The office is open on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. for urgent care appointments only.

Sick children needing appointments will be seen on the day an appointment is requested. Because we must leave appointment space available for ill children, our well child appointment times may be filled as much as 6-8 weeks in advance. Please schedule your well-child appointments well in advance.

If you cannot keep an appointment please call us at least one day in advance to cancel. Please consider that missed appointments may mean that others experience delays in obtaining them.
