Insurance and Payment Information

We contract with all the major PPO plans and bill the insurance companies directly for our patients. Payment of the insurance co-pays, deductibles, and any non-covered services are due at the time of your visit. For those families without insurance, payment in full is due at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, MasterCard, VISA, Discover Card, and American Express. We are not contracted with any HMOs or Medi-Cal.
